Scope
This notice applies to fermatadigital.com and the public pages linked from it. It does not govern information handled for a client under a separate services agreement, third-party websites, or future FunnelMata accounts and product services. Any product-specific practices will be described before those services become available.
Information we collect
Information you provide. If you contact us by email, phone, or mail, we may receive identifiers and professional information such as your name, contact details, company, role, project context, and the contents of your communication. This website does not accept payments, create accounts, or collect information through a web form.
Basic technical information. Our website host and infrastructure providers may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referral information, timestamps, and server or security logs. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts; that provider may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Sources and purposes
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers that operate the site or our business communications. We use it to respond to inquiries, evaluate and manage potential business relationships, provide requested information, operate and secure the site, maintain records, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use website activity to create advertising profiles or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to vendors that support website hosting, fonts, email, communications, security, and other business operations; to professional advisers such as lawyers or accountants; when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the site; when required by law or legal process; or in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
These recipients may process information only for the purpose for which it was provided or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, analytics, and preference signals
Fermata does not place analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on this website, and our site code does not set cookies. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting tools. Providers that deliver the site or font files may process technical request data under their own terms.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of through a “Do Not Sell or Share” link. Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change this website’s behavior, but our current practices already reflect the core request behind those signals: no behavioral tracking, sale, or advertising sharing.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and business-contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or manage a relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security practices of the providers that generate them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, email system, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the request. Email hello@fermatadigital.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing when the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to a business and the relevant processing. Fermata does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use sensitive personal information from this website to infer characteristics.
Children and international visitors
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
Fermata is based in the United States. If you visit from another country, information connected with your inquiry or use of the site may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Third-party links and changes
This site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them. We may update this notice as our website, providers, or practices change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
